Fish Sort Puzzle features and interface

The bubble field, requested aquariums and temporary holding area work together: read all three to understand the cost of a selection.

The bubble field is the changing play area

Fish sit inside rounded bubbles, arranged so that removing some lower bubbles makes room for more to descend. This gives the board a changing front edge. The fish you can see and the fish you can use are not always the same set. Reading access is therefore part of the puzzle, alongside recognizing the requested type.

The underwater artwork uses strong colors and distinct silhouettes. Treat those silhouettes as useful information, especially when two fish share a similar color. In the screenshot gallery you can compare the visual relationship between bubbles and bowls. The gallery shows the developer’s store screenshots; your version’s theme and interface may differ.

Aquarium orders set the immediate priorities

The bowls above the board show what the game currently needs. Their portraits identify fish types and their numbers indicate collection progress or requirements. They are the starting point for a selection. A visible fish that satisfies one of these requests can be more useful than a larger cluster with no current destination.

When an aquarium finishes, inspect its replacement before continuing. New orders can change which stored or accessible fish matter. This creates a rhythm of reading a request, finding an accessible route, completing the collection and reading again. Do not treat the top row as decoration while focusing only on the colorful bubbles.

Temporary holding space adds the main constraint

The waiting area receives selected fish that do not match the target types. It makes detours possible, yet its limited capacity gives those detours a cost. Filling it is described by the store as a losing condition. The visible empty places should therefore be treated as options to preserve, not a target to use up.

Check both capacity and contents. Several waiting types with no immediate destination can make a position difficult even before the final place is occupied. A fish that already has a clear route into an upcoming request creates a different situation from one stored on a guess. Reading this distinction helps explain why apparently similar boards can feel very different.

Progress indicators and completion feedback

Counters help you track how far a round has advanced, but their meaning must be read in context. A collection target is not necessarily a move count, and a nearly complete number is not the same as a victory screen. Continue watching the remaining requests and the board rather than deciding that a level is finished from one large number.

A walkthrough can include useful intermediate checkpoints. Compare the counter together with the visible orders and holding area. The same counter alone does not prove that two positions match. If you are reporting a mismatch, describe those surrounding elements so the stage and version are easier to distinguish.

Special objects and timed situations

Later recordings can show marked bubbles or objects with appearances unlike ordinary fish groups. Check the in-game introduction and the corresponding video before acting. Similar-looking symbols across different apps can mean different things. A chain-like illustration, for example, is not enough by itself to establish how an interaction works.

If your interface displays a timer, plan within that round’s limit. A timer visible in one recording does not establish a time condition for every level. Use short pauses to choose a useful sequence, then watch the animation results as you execute it. Avoid committing to a long route based on objects that are still hidden.

Optional help and additional bowls

The app can present tools and extra-bowl offers. Read the wording and confirmation for the version you are playing. Identify whether the effect changes storage, available orders, access or arrangement. These are different kinds of help, and an action is valuable only when it addresses the problem in the current position.

Check the cost and duration of the offer. An advertisement reward, a consumable item, currency and a paid purchase should not be confused. Do not assume an extra bowl purchased for a round is a permanent account upgrade. After any assistance, reassess the board because your previous route or the video may now be out of step.

Environments, events and account settings

The App Store update history describes added environments, levels, events and a login feature. Those features sit around the core sorting puzzle, and their availability can depend on version or platform. For a live event, read the current deadline and reward conditions inside the app rather than following an old promotional image.

Before changing devices, check login and synchronization settings and keep a record of your current progress. An account feature does not automatically establish which data is backed up. If progress is important, use the developer’s store support route before reinstalling or clearing storage. Guides cannot restore an account or modify the game’s saved data.

Mobile stores, advertising and guide tools

This guide targets the Shycheese app on Android and iOS. Use the linked store listing to check the developer, because several unrelated products contain the words Fish Sort. Their level numbers, tools and win conditions can differ. A browser game with a similar title is not evidence that the mobile game has identical stages.

On this site, the level selector, nearby-level links and language menu help you find a recording. YouTube loads after you press play, with a source link available beside the video. The website’s advertisements and analytics are described in its privacy policy. The game’s purchases, account system and advertisement offers belong to the mobile app and follow its own terms.
